Shipping Information and Policies
Our fulfillment team utilizes the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), and DHL for orders both inside and outside of the USA.
We are in the North Texas area. This lends to shipping times to most of continental USA to be less than 4 days. Upon collection of the package by the courier and assuming no major events that would impact shipping services.
HANDLING & TRANSIT TIMES
Most orders processed before 2PM CST, Monday through Friday, ship out the same day the order is placed. Your order may still ship out the same day if placed later assuming the carrier pickup has not occurred. Otherwise, orders will ship the next business day.
Often orders placed after 2PM CST, on a Saturday or Sunday, or on a Federal Holiday will ship the next business day.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Denton, TX.
Most orders are delivered on time. On rare occasions an order may show up after the estimated delivery date. For issues with timely delivery customers should reach out to the shipper first, as this will often lead to a faster and more reasonable solution to the shipping issue. However, we are more than happy to try and find a resolution to shipping issues once contacted.
TRACKING & DELIVERY
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Provide your email at checkout to receive your tracking number when the order ships.

We do ship internationally. However, customers should expect time and price differences accordingly. Should any issues come up during the fulfillment process the customer will be contacted and Orders held until the problem has been resolved.
To ensure safe delivery, a signature may be required for delivery of high value orders.
